Virginia Kirton

Virginia Kirton
Yoga Instructor & Therapist

Once upon a time Virginia worked as an architect and urban sociologist. For the past 15 years she has been privileged to teach yoga and practice as a yoga therapist. First introduced to yoga at 16, her personal practice waxed and waned for two decades. Then she got really serious. Her focus is on traditional raja yoga – paying attention to her attitudes, her physical, mental and emotional well-being and seeking faith in what is beyond her understanding, Buddhist loving kindness practices support my journey.

Lee Ann Green

Lee Ann Green
Tai Chi Instructor

Lee Ann became interested in Tai Chi over 20 years ago, the appeal of the slow and tranquil movements were a much needed contrast to her intense and demanding work life. As the millennium clicked over she promised herself that she would learn Tai Chi. Since then she has mastered a variety of forms, studied at the home of Wu Style Tai Chi in the Chinese Wudang Mountain range, and has been an instructor under highly regarded masters.

Pamela Watson

Pamela Watson
Counselling & Spiritual Companioning

Pamela has developed her work in Soul consciousness over many years. From an early beginning in a Methodist and later Baptist Christian tradition she has gone on to explore many of the ancient religions where spirituality comes to a central point in Divine Energy (God) from many different paths and perspectives. Pamela has developed her love of ritual as a celebrant, creating rituals to enrich the lives of her clients as they negotiate important life transitions. She brings this rich and diverse knowledge to her work as a nurse in Palliative care, end of life planner, advocate, teacher and counsellor. She has formed a group working under the umbrella of a small company ‘Lotus Unfolding of Life’ where the concept of living consciously/dying consciously is explored through discussion, meditation and work with universal energies. Having been on a path of spiritual discovery for many years she is now experiencing this life where Love, Abundance and a profound connection to Divine Energy is a daily reality.
