Dance Classes for Adults
An enriching reflective space for women to feel connected, uplifted and joyful. Join Susan and Joan for this unique improvisational dance workshop. You are welcome as we gain core strength and flexibility to move with body wisdom and find courage in our own

dance. A great body warm up leads into vibrant dance and closes with stillness in meditation.
