Make Your Sacred Art

Make your Sacred Art, a four-day intensive the course  devoted to helping you reconnect with, express from and honour your creative spirit so you can feel a sense of coming home to who you are.

How do we do this? I’ve drawn more my personal experience as an artist than any other course I’ve presented before. I will teach you my step-by-step method that will help you develop a devotional practice, bringing together the sacred and the practical. We practice this method in each differently themed session. Examples of some sessions are Tree of Life, Jewel Mandala & What Might Love Look Like?

Each contemplative session is prepared with an introductory presentation followed by skill building, demonstration and practice using drawing, colouring, painting or collage. No prior experience is required. I’ve had complete beginners to experienced artists attend my courses.

Hands-on making happens quietly with mindfulness and guidance as required. There are no critiques or judgements about your work – it’s not that kind of course. My coaching system is built into the sessions to support you in understanding and caring for your natural creativity, gaining confidence and freedom of expression.

There are a maximum of 8 students and one-on-one mentoring happens during the course.
