Homoeopathic Remedies are Gentle, Safe and Effective

Margaret Gough is a Naturopath, Herbalist and Homoeopath with over 35 years of experience.

In this workshop, Margaret will be exploring simple and safe homoeopathic remedies for first aid home use. These remedies are effective for quick relief of day-to-day ailments and minor accidents. This is a comprehensive workshop with an ‘Introduction to Homoeopathy’. Notes will be provided on each individual remedy with the recommended potency. Remedies will be available on the day.

The following conditions will be discussed:

Shock/accidents/injuries/bruises/abrasions
Sprains/strains/ligament, tendon or nerve
injuries/broken bones
Burns/sunburn
Fevers/coughs/colds/influenza
Nausea/vomiting/diarrhoea/constipation
Bites/stings
Children’s ailments, colic/teething/earache
Headaches/over indulgence
Insomnia/jet lag/travel sickness
Grief/anxiety/stress

Homoeopathic Remedies can be used in conjunction with conventional and complementary medicines.
