With a background in Psychology and working in Mental Health, Daniel utilises a mindfulness-based approach to meditation. He aims to make meditation accessible for people with different levels of experience, to provide relief from the pressures of daily life and cultivate greater mental, emotional and physical ease. He believes that learning to relate to self and others with interest, curiosity and compassion are attitudes conducive to a supportive meditation practice. Daniel’s classes involve different types of meditations, including some light movement, deepening awareness of the body, breath, sensory experiences, thoughts and emotions.
“Meditation is an opportunity to get to know oneself. Providing an opportunity for each individual to hold space for and embrace all aspects of our experiences. The journey within is an opportunity through thought and spirit to connect with the self, others and the Universe. Providing a unique self-healing process.”
